OWNER / EXECUTIVE CHEF

AUSTIN BROWN

Born and raised in Texas, Austin has always had a passion for hospitality and food culture. After graduating college with degrees in hospitality and business Austin moved to Houston and quickly immersed himself in the in the diverse and renowned food and restaurant culture. He spent his time learning developing himself in high-end environments producing cuisines such as modern and classic French, Italian, South American, Southern, Creole, Thai, Indian and Mexican. Having received world class training and working in the kitchens of some of the finest Chefs Austin was able to gather an abundance of knowledge and technique while defining a style all his own. Austin has uses his combined fine dining experience in both the kitchen, Bar, and dining room to provide world-class fare with outstanding service and attention to detail. Having spent more than 10 years in the Food and Beverage industry Austin has perfected his technique and is proud to bring to you his hand-crafted and globally inspired cuisine. Always Utilizing fresh, local, and regional ingredients to produce dishes 100% from scratch and without compromise.

SOUS CHEF

NICole smith

A self taught chef from California, Nicole has grown her skillset in high end restaurants working with a multitude of cuisines including Mediterranean, French and Indian. Her years spent cooking have taught her a deep appreciation and respect for the cultures and sciences surrounding the food she prepares. As a young chef, her passion for fresh local ingredients have instilled a need to continually learn about sustainable and foraged foods. With every dish she makes made from scratch, Nicole yearns to bring a warm and inviting experience to everyone she cooks for.

DAVID BRAUN

David’s passion began with an appreciation of the community and camaraderie that comes with the industry.  Living in Bozeman and Big Sky, David has been fortunate to be mentored by several of the area’s very talented chefs as well as opportunities to work for several local dynamic entrepreneurs. Surrounded by like-minded souls he quickly developed a deeper appreciation for the great culture that supports all things local, organic, fresh and innovative. Currently attending Montana State University here in Bozeman David is pursuing degrees in Hospitality and Business
